Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Q: Do you have an allergen menu?
A: While we do not have a separate printed allergen menu, our service team is highly trained and knowledgeable about every ingredient in our dishes. Upon your arrival, please let us know your requirements and we will guide you through the menu safely.

Q: Can you prepare food that avoids the ‘Top 9’ allergens?
A: We take food safety and guest health very seriously. Please alert your server to any specific allergies (such as nuts, dairy, or shellfish) before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note due to the high volume of the top 9 allergens in our kitchen and the shared workspaces, we cannot guarantee zero risk of cross-contamination.

Q: Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan-friendly options?
A: Yes, we strive to accommodate all our guests. We offer gluten-free pasta as well as vegan friendly options. If you have specific needs, please feel free to mention them in your reservation notes so we can be prepared for your arrival.

Kitchen Philosophy & Quality

Q: Are you a “scratch kitchen”?
A: Yes! We take immense pride in being a true scratch kitchen. Our Chef, Chris Becker, and the Carletti’s Culinary Team ensure that our pastas, breads, and sauces are prepared fresh, in-house daily, using traditional Italian techniques and family recipes. We believe you can taste the difference that handmade quality makes.

Q: Where do you source your ingredients?
A: Quality and authenticity are our top priorities. We use a variety of local and regionally sourced ingredients such as Creekstone, Miller Pecans, and Della Terra, as well as curated items sourced from Italy such as Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Caputo Flour, and other unique ingredients.
